Family and friends remember Eddie Corcoran as a true Tramore man, a lovely person and a great family man whose life was deeply rooted in the place and people he loved. Late of Moonloun and formerly of Peter Street, Eddie belonged to Tramore in a way that people clearly felt and remembered. His passing, after a life shared with his beloved late wife Maureen and surrounded by the love of his family, leaves great sadness for Maria, Steve, Lorna, his grandchildren David, Gabriel and Jack, and all the Corcoran family. Among the many kind messages shared, one tribute captures so much of Eddie’s character: “Very sad to see another true Tramore man gone. I have to say what a lovely person Eddie was and a great family man.”
Across the condolences, Eddie is remembered with warmth, respect and tenderness. Friends and neighbours speak of his gentle soul, with words such as “May Eddie’s gentle soul rest in peace,” “May his gentle soul rest in eternal peace,” and the simple, heartfelt farewell, “Rest easy Eddie.” Another message offered the beautiful prayer, “Bed of heaven to you Eddie may you find eternal rest.” These words reflect the affection Eddie earned throughout his life and the quiet legacy he leaves behind. Predeceased by his wife Maureen, his son Thomas and his brothers and sister.
Eddie will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken children Maria, Steve and Lorna; his cherished and beloved grandchildren David, Gabriel and Jack; his daughter-in-law Nikki; his sisters Tess, Josephine and Rene and his brothers Francis and Joe.
Eddie will be fondly remembered by all his nieces, nephews, his extended family, relatives, neighbours, and many friends.

Eddie’s reposal will be take place in Falconers Funeral Home, Tramore, X91TW21 from 2pm to 4pm on Sunday the 28th of June.
