Family and friends remember Angela B Dwyer as a kind, gentle and much-loved woman whose life was held together by family, friendship, laughter and quiet warmth. Late of Roselawn, Tramore, Angela was deeply loved by Mark, David, Franziska, Eimear, Cordelia, Edward, Aisling, Diarmuid and Oisín, and by her brother, sisters, nieces, nephews, neighbours and many friends. Those who knew her remembered her as “a very kind and gentle lady,” “a very dear friend,” and a woman of great tolerance whose presence brought comfort to those around her. One beautiful message from family spoke of a lifetime “separated by an ocean,” yet said the distance never lessened the family connection, a reflection of the deep bonds Angela helped keep alive.
Angela is remembered for her warmth, her smile and the simple joy of being in her company. Friends recalled her as always jolly and smiling, someone who loved a chat and left people feeling better for having met her. Others remembered the wide legacy she leaves behind, of family, memories, laughs and good times in Ireland, Chicago and the many other places she visited. Her passing brings sadness, but also the tender comfort of knowing she is reunited with her beloved Seamus and Michael, whose loss she carried with love. May Mark, David and all who loved Angela find peace in the memories she leaves behind, the family love that continues through her, and the gentle kindness by which she will always be remembered.
