Family and friends remember Carmel for her kind and gentle spirit, which touched the lives of all who knew her. Her legacy is carried on by her loving children, Paul, Ray, Angela, and Laurence, and their families, who remember her with deep affection.

Fondly remembered for her ability to connect with people and her quiet strength, Carmel will be deeply missed by her extended family and many friends. Carmel’s passing leaves behind a profound sense of loss but also an enduring legacy of love and compassion.

Late of Highfield Tramore, Co Waterford Carmel passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday 16th November 2024

Carmel is predeceased by her beloved husband Larry (Laurence) and darling daughter Sue (Ellingsen)

Carmel will be sadly missed by her adoring children Paul, Ray, Angela & Laurence (Larry), daughters-in-law Ann, Margaret & Sinead, grandchildren Gillian, Patrick Jamie, Rachel, Kelly, Kate, Kerri, Megan & Rebecca, her great-grandchildren, brother & sisters, nieces, nephews and many friends.

May her kind and gentle soul rest in peace.

Carmel will be reposing at her son Larry’s house X91C6H2 on Tuesday the 19th of November between the hours of 4pm and 6pm

Carmel’s Requiem mass will take place on Wednesday the 20th of November at the Church of The Holy Cross Tramore, Co. Waterford at 10am. Immediately after Carmel will be laid to rest in St. Declan’s Cemetery.

Carmel’s funeral cortege will walk from Lodge’s corner/Tramore Credit Union at approximately 09:40 am to arrive for her Requiem Mass at 10am.
