Late of Patrick Street, Tramore. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dara Brophy who passed peacefully in the Cherry Ward at University Hospital Waterford, Sunday the 27th of October 2024 . RIP.
Dara is predeceased by his father Liam Brophy, and leaves behind a legacy of warmth, laughter and love. His memory will be treasured always by all who knew him. Dara will be sadly missed by all his cherished children, his loving mother and his brothers and sister. He is also mourned by his many dear friends who held them close to their hearts.
The Brophy Family would like to thank with great appreciation all the oncology and palliative care teams who took great care of Dara in recent times.
Dara will be reposing at Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore X91TW21 on Wednesday the 30th of October form 6pm and 8pm.
All are welcome, refreshments will be served throughout.
A Celebration of Dara’s life will take place on Thursday the 31st of October at Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore X91TW21 at 10:45am to 11:15am before departing at 11:45am for Woodbrook Natural Burial Grounds, Co. Wexford, where Dara will be laid to rest. View map here.
