Family and friends remember Joe as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather; a man of kindness, warmth, and unwavering dedication to those he loved. His life’s work at Waterford Crystal and Heritage Irish Crystal was a source of great pride, and he was known as a master craftsman, respected by all who worked alongside him. A true gentleman, Joe was generous with his time, full of wisdom, and never without a friendly word or a helping hand. His passion for life, his determination, and his deep love for family defined him, and his presence brought comfort and joy to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Joe’s passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of his beloved wife Angela, his children Joe Jr, Brian, and Sonia, and his adored grandchildren. He was a loyal friend, a cherished neighbour, and a man who embodied strength and kindness in equal measure. Whether sharing a story, offering guidance, or simply enjoying time with those he held dear, Joe’s warmth and generosity will forever be remembered. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his family, friends, and colleagues.
Late of Ballyknock Tramore, Co. Waterford. Formerly of Heritage Irish Crystal and Waterford Crystal. Joe passed peacefully at University Hospital Waterford surrounded by his loving family on Saturday the 22nd of February 2025 RIP.
Joe will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken wife Angela, his beloved sons, Joe Jr and Brian and daughter, Sonia; his adored and treasured grandchildren Jordan, Alana, Ben, Jaykay, Kyle, Noah and Leon; his brother John and his sisters, Lily and Rita, his daughters-in-law Christine and Michaela, his son-in-law Gillen. He will be sadly missed by his sisters and brothers in law. Joe will be forever remembered by his nieces and nephews, relatives, extended family, wonderful neighbours and many friends.

Joe will be reposing at Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, Co. Waterford on Monday the 24th of February from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.

Joe’s Requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday the 25th of February, at 10am at The Church of The Holy Cross, Tramore, Co. Waterford. Immediately after, Joe will be laid to rest in St Declan’s Cemetery, Tramore. Anyone wishing to take part in Joe’s Requiem Mass remotely please follow the link here.
Joe’s funeral cortège will walk from Lodges Corner, Tramore Credit Union, at approximately 9:40 am to arrive for his Requiem Mass.
