Family and friends remember Rina as a kind-hearted, gentle soul who touched the lives of everyone she met. Her sudden passing has left a profound void in the hearts of her devoted husband, Eamon, her loving children, Olive, Mary, and Colm, and all who knew her. Described as a true lady, Rina’s warmth, grace, and zest for life were evident in everything she did. Her family invites those attending her Requiem Mass to wear bright and vibrant colours as a heartfelt tribute to the energy, joy, and vibrancy she brought into their lives.
Rina was a dedicated nurse, a caring neighbour, and a cherished friend to many. She always had a kind word or a listening ear, endearing herself to everyone she met. Those closest to her fondly recall her as the heart of her family and the community, a beacon of love and positivity. Her love for flowers and her remarkable ability to create beautiful arrangements brightened countless occasions, leaving an unforgettable mark. As her family grieves this immense loss, they find comfort in the shared love and admiration from all who had the privilege of knowing Rina.
Late of Seaview Park, Tramore, Co. Waterford. Formerly of Mullinahone, Co. Tipperary. Rina passed unexpectedly at home on Monday the 20th of January 2025 RIP.
Predeceased by her beloved parents; her sister Mary B and her brother Eamonn.
Rina will be sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Eamon, her daughters Olive and Mary; her son Colm, her sister Alice and her brothers Sean, Brendan, Joe and Larry. She will be sadly missed by all her nieces and nephews, relatives, extended family, wonderful neighbours and many many friends.

Rina will be reposing at Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, Co. Waterford on Wednesday the 22nd of January from 5pm to 7pm.

Rina’s Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday the 23rd of January, at 10am at The Church of The Holy Cross, Tramore, Co. Waterford. Immediately after Rina will be laid to rest in the St Declan’s Cemetery, Tramore. Anyone wishing to take part in Rina’s Requiem Mass remotely please follow the link here.
