Arranging a Funeral
The wishes of each individual is treated confidentially and every detail overseen by a member of our family.
There are many people who wish to plan their final arrangements themselves. They may wish to be cremated or buried with a loved one. Or they may simply wish to choose a particular Church or service. They also may prefer that their wishes be discussed with us. This spares their Family from making these decisions at a time of grief and bereavement. Please don’t hesitate to contact us in the strictest of confidence. You can arrange for us to call to your home. Alternatively you can call or email us with any questions or concerns you may have.
Your wishes can be forwarded by us to your executrix/executor or your solicitor to ensure your wishes are adhered to.

Religious, Humanist and Non-Religious Funeral Services
Our experience means we understand the customs of many religious faiths as they relate to funerals, including the traditions and ethnic practices of those faiths which are relatively new to Ireland. Some families prefer to have a non-religious funeral and we have the expertise to facilitate such requests. The demand for humanist funeral services has increased in recent years. We have a panel of experienced humanist facilitators who can meet with you to plan, co-ordinate and conduct the funeral service. We can also advise on suitable locations. If you have questions about planning particular religious, non-religious or humanist funerals, don’t hesitate to contact our experienced funeral directors.
Repatriation
We have extensive experience in repatriation. This is someone who has died in Ireland back to their country of origin. This will involve co-ordination of all documents from coroners, embassies and airlines. We will also attend to the preparation of the deceased. This ensures a dignified presentation should the next-of-kin wish to view on return to the country of origin. Some Medical Health Schemes arrange repatriation to the country of origin without repatriation costs.
The Funeral of a Child
The death of a child is a tragic and distressing event and is upsetting for all concerned.
The role of the Funeral Director is to give good advice and practical support. Support given in a compassionate, caring, and competent manner. We have experienced and sensitive personnel available. They can assist with the funeral arrangements for a child that has died. We will provide the guidance in arranging the funeral with both Clergy or Crematorium.
We suggest that the arrangements should not be rushed. We will ensure that all options as to the type of funeral are presented to you. We guarantee that those making the arrangements with us will be treated with care. A care in upon which our reputation has been built.
